Aqua-Stairs Boat and Dock Dog Ladders offer a bold new dock and boat stair design for dogs and their owners! The Aqua-Stairs are constructed with an offset staircase design, making entry and exit from the water much easier than using a standard swim ladder, particularly for dogs, children and senior citizens. This quality fabricated aluminum dog water ladder will hold up to 450 lbs when mounted securely and properly to the dock, pier or boat structure.
Normal swim ladder rungs or steps are quite narrow - each typically between 1-3″ deep. Aqua-Stairs provide deep, roomy steps that are each 8″ deep by 16″ wide for safer, more comfortable pet (and people!) footing. The AquaStairs dog ladder steps are made of textured plate aluminum to prevent slipping and are rolled at the front to eliminate sharp edges.
The Aqua-Stairs dog dock ladders are mounted directly to the surface of your dock with the (included) hinges which allow the dog stairs to flip up and out of the water while not in use. Only 4 bolts are required for installation. Aluminum Aqua-Stairs Dock Dog stairs are ideal for floating or fixed docks, piers, seawalls, boat swim platforms, pool decks or any surface with a 90° angle.
- To Determine Appropriate Size: Measure the vertical distance from your mounting surface to the waterline. (Be sure to allow for seasonal or tidal variations where appropriate.)
